1. What this is

lockedin lets anyone launch a pump.fun coin whose creator fees are locked, on chain and forever, to a person: either a member who signed up, or the owner of a public LinkedIn profile who has not signed up yet ("Pending"). Not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft. Parody. Built on pump.fun.

2. Who can use it

• You must be an adult and allowed to use crypto services where you live.
• The site is not available in some countries (including the United Kingdom and sanctioned countries). Wallets are screened against sanctions lists.
• The removal form, these pages and the privacy notice stay open to everyone, everywhere.

3. Launching a coin

• You confirm, before signing, that the targeted person has not approved the coin. You may not say or suggest otherwise.
• No harassment, defamation, threats, sexual content, hate, impersonation, photos of real people, minors, elected officials or other public office holders. Names, tickers and descriptions are checked before anything is published; humans review reports.
• As the launcher you never receive the creator fees. You only earn or lose on your own buy, like any trader.
• Fee split, shown before you sign: 100% to the person. Launch fee: none. The split is written once on pump and cannot be changed by anyone, lockedin included.
• We can hide any coin from this site at any time. A hidden coin still exists on pump.fun; we cannot delete it.

4. Fees waiting for a profile

• For a Pending profile, creator fees go to an escrow account controlled by a program, not by a person's key.
• The claim window is 90 days from the first coin. After it, new fees are burned as they arrive until the owner claims; a late claim still receives every future fee. Fees never go back to the launcher and are never kept by lockedin.
• If the profile owner opts out, the escrow is blocked and what it holds is burned.

5. Claiming

• Claiming does not require accepting these terms. There is no LinkedIn login: you type your payout address, prove the profile is yours with one public post, and that is all. No wallet is ever connected and you sign nothing.
• Proof is a short public post you publish yourself from the profile, with a one-time code and your payout address, checked automatically: its author must be exactly this profile, and it must contain the exact code and the exact address. If it cannot be checked automatically, a person checks it.
• Once verified, the address in your post is bound to the profile: every claim pays it, and only it, whoever presses Claim (at most once every few minutes). A newer proof post with another address replaces it. Each claim sends everything waiting, minus the network fees of that claim (shown before and after). Check the address: a payout cannot be reversed.
• Fraudulent claims are refused, cancelled and may be reported.

6. No warranty

The site, the program and pump.fun can fail, be paused or be attacked. Coins can lose all value. We provide the service as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows.

7. Contact and removal

To remove your profile: Remove me. Other requests: through the same form. lockedin never contacts you. No DM, no email, no "claim link". Only this domain.
